2012 Penticton Farmers’ Market Applications
Application deadline for new or returning members is April 5th 2012.
Applications for casual vendors, Non-profit groups and buskers can be sent in throughout the season. Please allow up to 14 days for application processing.
Please ensure you include the following with your completed application, if applicable:
All information, photocopies of appropriate permits, licenses and all other necessary documents are required for an application to be processed. Incomplete applications will be returned and deemed late and will be processed on a first come first serve basis.

Go to www.interiorhealth.ca or contact the Environmental Health Officer at (250) 770-3530 to review the BCCDC Guidelines for the sale of Foods at Temporary Food Markets.
All vendors selling by weight must use a certified Legal for trade scale. To have your scale certified contact: Inspector Dean Ashby, Measurement Canada at Dean.Ashby@ic.gc.ca or (250) 770-4550. This service is provided free of charge.
If you chose not to have your scale certified you cannot sell by weight but you can, however, sell by the piece, box or bag.
