Processing and Fees
- If accepted, there will be a $25 application processing fee.
- Weekly charge for a 10’ x 10’ stall is $25.

- Please list in detail or describe items you intend to sell at the market.
- Any/all items you wish to sell MUST be listed.
Farm Vendors: list by species ("apples" and "pears") not varieties; aslo list any processed or prepared foods as well as fresh items:
Prepared Food Vendors: please indicate whether or not any items contain locally grown produce (for example, pies containing locally-grown fruit)
Craft Vendors: please describe which materials are purchased/found and left as is and which materials repurchased/found and altered
The Board of Directors must be consulted for approval before items are added to this list during the season.
DECLARATION: “I certify that I make, bake, grow, or raise all products offered for sale at my stall at the Penticton Farmers’ Market as set out in the Rules and Regulations. I agree to read and comply with the Rules and Regulations of the Penticton Farmers’ Market Society.
I understand that the membership passed the resolution that it is mandatory for vendors who handle value-added (processed, baked, or prepared) food to be certified under the BC Food Safe Program.
I understand that I am not covered under any Market insurance, and that I am solely responsible for any legal action taken against me as a Casual Vendor at the Market. (The Penticton Farmers’ Market recommends that Casual Vendors carry $2 million dollars in liability insurance.)
The above information is certified to be accurate, and if it is found to be otherwise, I agree to accept disciplinary measures as decided by the Society’s Board, including expulsion from the Market without recourse or any refund of monies paid to the Society.”
