CASUAL VENDORS: I understand that I am not covered under any Market insurance, and that I am solely responsible for any legal action taken against me as a Casual Vendor at the Market. I understand that Market policy requires me to carry $2,000,000 in liability insurance to sell these products.

I understand that the membership passed the resolution that it is mandatory for vendors who handle value-added (processed, baked, or prepared) food to be certified under the BC Food Safe Program.
The above information is certified to be accurate, and if it is found to be otherwise, I agree to accept disciplinary measures as decided by the Society’s Board, including expulsion from the Market without recourse or any refund of monies paid to the Society.”
