LIST each type of item you intend to bring to market. Produce Vendors, please list by species (“apples” and “pears”), not by varieties. All items brought to market must be listed. The Board of Directors must be consulted for approval before items are added to this list during the season.
DECLARATION: I certify that I make, bake, grow, or raise all products offered for sale at my stall at the Penticton Farmers’ Market as set out in the Rules and Regulations. I have read and I understand the Rules and Regulations of the Penticton Farmers’ Market Society, and agree to comply with them.
I understand that the membership passed the resolution that it is mandatory for vendors who handle value-added (processed, baked, or prepared) food to be certified under the BC Food Safe Program.
The information in this application is certified to be accurate, and if it is found to be otherwise, I agree to accept disciplinary measures as decided by the Society’s Board, including expulsion from the market without recourse or any refund of monies paid to the Society.
I understand that this application is required on a yearly basis. I agree to respect the decision of the PFM Directors, regarding the decision of my Application.
